Emil Ludwig Klawitter's Declaration of Intention says that he was a farmer, age 47, white, dark complexion, height 5'6", weight 135 lbs., brown hair and born in Province Posen, Germany on April 26, 1871. He lived in Buffalo Twp. Wisconsin. He came from Bremmen [as spelled], Germany (name of vessel unknown). His wife's name was Bertha (born at Packwaukee Twp., Wisconsin). S.B. Robinson (Clerk of the Circuit Court) signed this document on Nov. 30, 1920.
