  This certificate said that Gotleb Henry Zarbrook was a retired farmer who died Feb. 15, 1928 at the age of 71 years, 3 months and 6 days in Packwaukee (Marquette Co.), Wisconsin. Cause of death was endocarditis (duration 2 years) with exhaustion being a contributory/secondary factor. He was born Nov. 9, 1856 in Wisconsin. His wife was Augusta Zarbrook [maiden name likely Jahnke]. His parents were Daniel and Julia Madden. E.H. Federman, M.D. signed the death certificate. N.A. Hardell was the undertaker. Amanda Cragin of Montello, Wis. was the informant (his daughter).
